We offer land-for-construction partnerships to clients who own a plot and want it developed.
If you own land and want to build on it, we take on the construction in exchange for an agreed share of the finished development. You keep ownership of your plot; we carry the build cost, the contractors and the process.
The arrangement is set out in writing before anything starts — the share, the specification, the timeline and what happens if any of it slips. We also build on a straightforward contract basis if you would rather fund the project yourself.
